Dr. Hailey Caldwell, DVM, grew up in East Tennessee in the small town of Kingston outside of Knoxville. She attended Sewanee: The University of the South for her undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish language. She then attended veterinary school at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has been practicing for the last 5 years as a small animal veterinarian in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, Il.
Dr. Caldwell has special interests in internal medicine (particularly endocrine disorders), She loves ALL patients big or small, but has a special affinity for giant breeds.
Dr. Caldwell and her husband, Andrew, recently moved back to the Chattanooga area where they take care of a small zoo at home including Willow and Xander, her Great Danes and Biscuit, the tuxedo cat. In her free time, she loves hiking and traveling and has spent time providing veterinary relief work in Ecuador and Spain. She is also a HUGE foodie.
